Australian orders are shipped using Australia Post with a tracking number. When your order has been fulfilled, your tracking number will be provided in an email notification.
Standard shipping lead times will vary between 3-8 days depending on your location and remoteness.
If your order is placed before 1pm (AEST) on a weekday, we will ship the same day.

AU Standard Shipping:
We charge a $10 flat fee on all domestic standard shipping orders.
AU Express Shipping:
We charge a $12 flat fee on all domestic express shipping orders.
All orders are shipped via Australia Post with a lead time of 1-2 business days from the date the item is fulfilled and sent.

If a change of address is made directly with your local post office, Australia Post or Lash'd Eyelashes ® will not be held responsible for any loss or missdelivered parcels. Requests for change of address must be made directly with Lash'd Eyelashes ® via our customer care email prior to your order being shipped. For your package to be covered from loss or theft, 'Route Package Protection' must be added to your order.
